住宿日期2/5-2/7 Review for My Stay(Feb 5 - Feb 7) 飯店交通很方便 從機場搭地鐵約30分鐘 下地鐵後有手扶梯電梯讓我推行李很方便 飯店整體令人覺得很舒服 房間內提供萬用插座 W Experience 的Rene 服務很棒，從行前的問候到現場房間介紹、與附近景點介紹，讓我感到無微不至的服務。 櫃檯服務人員Thomas 溫柔的語氣令我感到舒暢 能回答到我的疑問 而且在第二天遇到的時候詢問我昨天的住宿如何，令我覺得被重視 房務人員Jessie 一位戴眼鏡，令人感覺到溫暖的媽媽 被我使用過後雜亂的房間 竟然可以被她整理得這麼乾淨 每一個細節都服務得很到位 早餐很可口 每一個餐點都很精緻 非常推薦 以後來香港一定會再回來的 下次見！ 來自台灣的Peter The hotel is in a very convenient location. It takes about 30 minutes by MTR from the airport, and after getting off the train, there are escalators and elevators, making it easy to transport luggage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with universal power outlets, which is a great convenience. Exceptional Service from the Staff • Rene from W Experience Rene provided excellent service, from the warm pre-arrival greetings to the in-person room introduction and recommendations for nearby attractions. The attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. • Thomas at the Front Desk Thomas’s gentle tone made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions patiently, and when we met again on the second day, he even asked how my stay had been. This level of attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. • Jessie from Housekeeping Jessie, a kind lady with glasses who radiates warmth, did an incredible job tidying up my room. Despite the mess I had left behind, she transformed it into a perfectly clean and organized space. Every detail of her service was impeccable. Delightful Breakfast The breakfast was delicious, with each dish carefully crafted and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it! 在六樓酒吧渡過愉快一晚,燈光,DJ ,食品都很好,沒有想像中的昂貴.
地點就在圓方百貨公司樓上，也能直接從九龍站室內走到，地點極其方便。 Check in時遇到pedal yiu 經理，無微不至的照顧，讓我們受寵若驚，原本的週年紀念的慶祝更增添了許多光采。非常感謝W hotel，下次來香港會再來光顧的。
第一次住香港W，除了房間設施都維持的很好，酒店服務人員都非常的友善，他們剛好有注意到入住前一天是小孩時日，她們還額外提供飲品到房間請小朋友喝，真的是貼心又細心 我香港目前最愛的飯店👍
身為第一次到香港的台灣人，初次就體驗到令人印象深刻的服務，從Check in 到Check out都能感受到細心又專業的FO 團隊，一進房門看到酒店精心準備的生日蛋糕與可愛的擺設，讓整趟旅遊在起點就打上了滿分。 每日早晨都有無敵的View納入眼簾，也有全香港最高的泳池。至始至終都獲得滿滿的回憶與酒店高品質服務～也決定人生清單中香港是我會多次拜訪的好地方。 香港W絕對是我至香港旅遊的最佳首選，已經等不及下次再見面！！
