They managed to convince me to open a Reap Card, and the customer service team was prompt in answering all my questions during the application process. However, once my application was approved, the after-sales service took a nosedive. No one would respond to any inquiries. Additionally, they claimed to offer worldwide shipping, but it turns out you have to fill out a form for overseas shipping. It's crucial to double-check your overseas address with the sales team after submitting your application, or they'll simply ship your card to your originally registered home or office address. Furthermore, although this is a platinum business visa card, I checked with Visa that doesn't service cards at the Reap Bank Platinum Business level. It's essential to be aware of this discrepancy in card services.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with this company in order to warn others. I've been waiting for a payment of $10,000 USD, which was supposed to be released after three working days. Instead, it's been over a month, and my payout is still pending. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response or assistance. It's beyond frustrating - it feels like daylight robbery. The lack of communication and utter disregard for their clients is appalling. The stress and uncertainty of not knowing if or when my funds will be released have caused me sleepless nights and financial anxiety. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I did - there are plenty of other more reliable and reputable options out there.
Hi! My Reap credit card can’t do any online payment starting from 20th/Apr night. WhatsApp a few times to your CS but doesn’t get a proper response for a SOLUTION. Please get back to me asap. Something wrong with this company. No replies even after two days regarding the credit card issues
They are literally solving one of the biggest pain points in my finance department!! Half of my financial team does not need to go thru the tedious / energy draining payment reconciliation process.. because we have a thousand transactions every month... including all the employee reimbursement.
Absolutely not recommended. I send 2 payments to a recipient for different purposes, and they combined them into 1 and drop all the payment references. They do this just to "save cost", but created a lot of chaos because the recipient cannot find the corresponding payment! They also charged a wrong fee due to an error occurred months ago and they have been ignoring my emails and support messages for more than 3 weeks already!
